La protección jurídica del causante vulnerable a través de la indignidad sucesoria y la desheredacion

Abstract

El presente trabajo de Fin de Máster tiene por objeto analizar y comprender las figuras de la indignidad sucesoria y la desheredación testamentaria, así como su papel como instrumento de protección jurídica del causante vulnerable. Para ello, se aborda el estudio del régimen jurídico de la indignidad y desheredación, en nuestro derecho, y se plantean sus carencias frente a causantes en situación de vulnerabilidad.

The purpose of this Master's thesis is to analyze and understand the concepts of unworthiness of succession and testamentary disinheritance, as well as their role as instruments of legal protection for vulnerable testators. To this end, it examines the legal framework for unworthiness and disinheritance in Spanish law and examines its shortcomings for testators in vulnerable situations
