Abstract

Las plataformas de economía colaborativa han tenido un fenomenal auge en los tiempos que transcurren. Este trabajo de fin de grado dedica su atención a analizar desde el punto de vista del Derecho tributario cual es la incidencia de las manifestaciones de capacidad económica que pueden demostrar los anfitriones a efectos fiscales en distintos tributos y, sobre todo, aclarar las especialidades que nacen de este modo de prestación del arrendamiento sirviéndose tanto de los textos legales del derecho tributario como, sobre todo para resolver las especialidades mencionadas, la jurisprudencia de los tribunales

Peer to peer market places have been on a huge uprising for a while now. This final degree project is devoted to break down the fiscal matter impact of economical capacity display that host can manifest. Research will be done from the spanish tax law standpoint looking into the different taxes itself that may be enforced and, moreover, the specialties that may arise by the kind of rent that is being treated. For this, author will base his explanation not only in spanish tax law but oncourts case law, wich will give lot of insight into this specialties
