dc.description.abstract	A lo largo de este trabajo, analizaremos la evolución de la negociación colectiva y la huelga en España. Exploraremos cómo estos mecanismos, inicialmente innovadores, fueron un principio restringidos y prohibidos, hasta alcanzar la consideración de derechos fundamentales reconocidos tanto en la Constitución como en el Estatuto de los Trabajadores. dc.description.abstract	Throughout this paper, we will analyze the evolution of collective bargaining and strikes in Spain. We will explore how these mechanisms, initially considered innovative, were initially restricted and prohibited until they came to be recognized as fundamental rights in both the Constitution and the Workers' Statute.
