Losa superior de la estructura proyectada para la supresión del paso a nivel nº61 en el p.k. 496/340 de la red de FEVE Santander-Llanes

Abstract

El presente Proyecto Básico tiene por objeto el dimensionamiento estructural de la losa superior de hormigón armado que conforma el tablero de la estructura proyectada para la supresión del paso a nivel nº 61, localizado en el P.K. 496/340 de la línea ferroviaria FEVE Santander–Llanes, en el término municipal de Alfoz de Lloredo (Cantabria). La actuación se enmarca dentro del plan nacional de ADIF para la eliminación progresiva de pasos a nivel, con el fin de mejorar la seguridad y funcionalidad de las infraestructuras ferroviarias. En este caso, se sustituye el cruce a nivel existente por una estructura de paso superior que garantice la segregación entre el tráfico ferroviario y el tráfico rodado, en un entorno con creciente intensidad de uso y potencial turístico. El proyecto general incluye una solución estructural compuesta por varios vanos con cimentación profunda, vigas prefabricadas y una losa superior continua de hormigón armado. El presente trabajo se centra exclusivamente en esta losa superior, cuya misión es resistir las cargas derivadas del tráfico y transmitirlas adecuadamente a los elementos estructurales inferiores. Este documento se presenta como una parte autónoma dentro del proyecto constructivo completo, con el desarrollo y nivel de detalle correspondientes a un Proyecto Básico académico, centrado en una de las piezas clave del sistema estructural.

This Basic Project aims to provide the structural design of the reinforced concrete top slab that forms part of the deck in the structure planned for the elimination of level crossing No.61, located at kilometre point 496/340 of the FEVE Santander–Llanes railway line, within the municipality of Alfoz de Lloredo (Cantabria, northern Spain). The intervention is part of ADIF’s national plan to progressively remove level crossings in order to improve safety and functionality across the rail network. In this particular case, the level crossing will be replaced by an overpass structure that ensures full separation between railway and road traffic, in a setting that has seen increasing use and tourismrelated development. The overall project includes a structural solution comprising multiple spans with deep foundations, precast beams, and a continuous reinforced concrete top slab. This document focuses solely on the design of that top slab, whose purpose is to withstand the loads from road traffic and pavement, transferring them safely to the supporting beams and substructure. This report is presented as an independent component of the complete construction project, developed with the depth and technical detail required for an academic Basic Project, and focused on one of the key structural elements of the overall system.
