dc.description.abstract	En este trabajo de fin de grado se presenta un análisis de los procesos de venta de las habitaciones de hotel en Santander y de los servicios complementarios a las estancias ofertadas. Para ello hemos recopilado información a través de portales web y hemos realizado un estudio a través de una encuesta a diferentes hoteles de Santander lo que nos ha dado datos que hemos podido interpretar dándonos información relevante para este análisis.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	In this undergraduate thesis, an analysis is presented of the hotel room sales processes in Santander and the complementary services offered alongside the stays. To carry out this study, we collected information through online portals and conducted a survey of various hotels in Santander, which provided us with data that we were able to interpret and that offered relevant insights for this analysis.	es_ES
