El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado, tiene como objetivo diseñar una propuesta de un modelo de diseño y gestión para un hotel rural sostenible en pleno siglo XXI, en la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía, específicamente situado en el municipio de Castilblanco de los Arroyos, en la provincia de Sevilla.
Esta propuesta se establece con el propósito de integrar el hotel con un entorno rural, aprovechando los recursos naturales de los que disponemos para darles a nuestros clientes una estancia tanto dinámica como reconstituyente, dónde su bienestar y su agrado sean nuestra máxima prioridad.
Este proyecto apuesta por una gestión sostenible, dándole prioridad a prácticas ecológicas para reducir al máximo el impacto ambiental y social en el entorno. Para ello, apoyaremos a la comunidad local, trabajando con proveedores de la zona y ayudando a impulsar tanto la economía como la cultura del lugar.
Se realizará un estudio previo del terreno, se diseñará un hotel rural, se analizará su competencia, sus posibles métodos de marketing, su viabilidad económica y las estrategias de gestión sostenibles que tendrá el hotel; con la finalidad de sacar el máximo rendimiento y poder implementarlo de cara al futuro.
The present Bachelor's Degree Final Project aims to design a proposal for a model of design and management for a sustainable rural hotel in the 21st century, located in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, specifically in the municipality of Castilblanco de los Arroyos, in the province of Seville.
This proposal is established with the purpose of integrating the hotel into a rural environment, taking advantage of the natural resources available to offer our clients a stay that is both dynamic and restorative, where their well-being and satisfaction are our top priority.
This project is committed to sustainable management, prioritizing ecological practices to minimize environmental and social impact on the surroundings. To achieve this, we will support the local community by working with regional suppliers and helping to promote both the local economy and culture.
A preliminary land study will be carried out, a rural hotel will be designed, its competitors will be analyzed, as well as potential marketing methods, economic feasibility, and sustainable management strategies, with the goal of maximizing performance and enabling its implementation in the future.
