Resumen/Abstract
A Semi-magnetic Semiconductor Microcavity (SSM) is a Fabry-Perot (FP) cavity doped with magnetic ions to present strong magnetical properties, and where a Quantum Well (QW) has been placed in its center. The presence of the QW produces an important variation of the behaviour of the micro-cavity, because of the interaction exciton-photon, producing different phenomena, as the Rabi Splitting or a giant Faraday rotation. Two different maladjustments of the QW manufacture into the presence of an external magnetic field are studied, namely, when a frequency detuning between the cavity and the QW is produced, and when the QW is not correctly placed in the center of the micro-cavity.
