dc.description.abstract | The propagation characteristics of periodic magneto-optical and dielectric multilayer films under a magnetic field is analyzed. The temperature dependence that experiences the magnetic induction on this type of materials modifies the transmission and reflection characteristics in the medium. The variation in the transmittance, reflectance or Faraday rotation in function of the temperature makes possible the use of this type of structures as sensor element. | es_ES |
