Análisis de una microcavidad semimagnética semiconductora sometida a efectos no lineales

Abstract

A semimagnetic semiconductor microcavity is described and its behaviour under non-linear effects explained. The variation produced both in the Faraday rotation and the dephasage of the optical signal is calculated, showing that it can be obtained as the addition of the different non-linear processes effects.
