dc.description.abstractA low cost and high performance Gunn X Band oscillators for educational and research purposes have been developed. The cavities have been manufactured on standard waveguide WR90 flange UBR100, in order to make compatible this devices with the rest of a waveguide circuitry available in a basic microwave laboratory. The able to sweep the whole X Band (8-12 GHz) with constant output power and low phase noise, coupled with the low cost of its internal components makes this device very suitable to use by users at any level.es_ES
