El español de Cantabria: una propuesta para el aula de Lengua Castellana y Literatura en Educación Secundaria

Abstract

La nueva legislación educativa contempla el descubrimiento y la apreciación de la diversidad lingüística a partir de la realidad plurilingüe y pluricultural de España. Asimismo, el currículo de Educación Secundaria en Cantabria atiende particularmente a la realidad lingüística de Cantabria. El interés por crear materiales con los que trabajar en el aula este aspecto nos motivan a investigar acerca de esta realidad, para ofrecer un análisis lingüístico y poder acercarlo al aula. Para ello, llevaremos a cabo, en primer lugar, una aproximación bibliográfica a la variación diatópica de la lengua española, en concreto la variedad cántabra. En segundo lugar, abordaremos la reflexión sobre la enseñanza de la variación geográfica en las aulas de Educación Secundaria. Por último, hemos diseñado una propuesta didáctica que pueda plantearse en las aulas de Educación Secundaria, con el objetivo principal de que el alumnado conozca, reconozca y valore la variedad regional presente en nuestra comunidad autónoma.

The new educational legislation contemplates the discovery and appreciation of linguistic diversity based on the plurilingual and pluricultural reality of Spain. Likewise, the Secondary Education curriculum in Cantabria pays particular attention to the linguistic reality of Cantabria. The interest in creating materials with which to work on this aspect in the classroom motivates us to investigate this reality, to offer a linguistic analysis and to be able to bring it to the classroom. In order to do so, we will firstly carry out a bibliographical approach to the diatopic variation of the Spanish language, specifically the Cantabrian variety. Secondly, we will reflect on the teaching of geographical variation in Secondary Education classrooms. Finally, we have designed a didactic proposal that can be used in Secondary Education classrooms, with the main aim of making students know, recognise and value the regional variety present in our autonomous community.
