La literatura regional en el currículum de ESO de Cantabria

Abstract

La literatura regional tiene el potencial de colaborar en la formación de la identidad del alumnado al familiarizarlo con el patrimonio cultural más inmediato a su realidad. No obstante, este hecho no siempre es reconocido y por tanto el papel de este tipo de literatura dentro currículum escolar queda en entredicho. Este trabajo se propone analizar cuál es la realidad legislativa al respecto en la Comunidad de Cantabria, estudiar la percepción de varios docentes sobre cuál es la situación en las aulas y proponer una serie de secuencias de actividades que permitan un estudio de la literatura de Cantabria como parte del currículum de ESO al tener en cuenta cuáles son los principales obstáculos para logarlo. Para la elaboración del trabajo se ha atendido a los textos legales que regulan este aspecto en la actualidad, se han llevado a cabo encuestas de respuesta libre a docentes y se han atendido a las conclusiones alcanzadas mediante estas mismas metodologías para elaborar una propuesta didáctica relevante y trasladable al aula.

Regional literature has the potential to contribute to the formation of the identity of students by making them familiar with the cultural heritage closest to their reality. However, this fact is not always taken into account and therefore the role of this type of literature within the scholar curriculum is usually ignored. This work aims to analyze the current legislative reality in Cantabria in regards to it, as well as study the perception in the classroom of several teachers about it and propose a series of activities that allow the study of Cantabrian literature as part of the curriculum of ESO taking into account the main obstacles that this task faces. In order to achieve this, the legal texts that currently regulate this aspect have been studied, surveys have been conducted with teachers and the conclusions reached through these same methodologies have been considered to develop a relevant didactic proposal that can be used in the classroom.
