Construyendo competencias PISA a través de la Sociedad Medieval: una Situación de Aprendizaje para 2º curso de la ESO

Abstract

Este Trabajo Fin de Máster se centra en el diseño de una Situación de Aprendizaje en la materia de Geografía Historia para el alumnado de segundo curso de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria, dirigida a adquirir competencias que se evalúan en las pruebas PISA. Se hace una revisión de las pruebas PISA y el rendimiento de los estudiantes españoles para establecer objetivos coincidentes entre dichas pruebas y la Situación de Aprendizaje propuesta. Se ha seleccionado la época medieval para estudiar el feudalismo y la ciudad medieval, con el fin de aplicar los conocimientos y las competencias adquiridas a la realidad actual. Se plantean como objetivos mejorar la comprensión lectora mediante el trabajo de textos, comprender las relaciones sociales establecidas en la Edad Media y desarrollar la competencia lingüística, con una metodología aprendizaje cooperativo. Con esta Situación de Aprendizaje se espera fomentar un aprendizaje más activo y participativo por parte de los estudiantes, mejorar su capacidad de resolución de problemas y contribuir al desarrollo de su capacidad para presentar y justificar sus puntos de vista de manera clara y coherente, además de la adquisición de las competencias y saberes básicos que se plantean como objetivo principal.

This Master's Final Project focuses on the design of a Learning Situation in the subject of Geography and History for students in the second year of Mandatory Secondary Education, aimed at the acquisition of skills that are assessed in the PISA tests. A review of the PISA tests and the performance of Spanish students is carried out in order to establish objectives that coincide with those tests and the proposed Learning Situation. Medieval times have been selected to study feudalism and the medieval city, in order to apply the knowledge and skills acquired to present-day reality. The objectives are to improve reading comprehension by working on texts, to understand the social relations established in the Middle Ages and to develop linguistics competence, using a cooperative learning methodology. This Learning Situation is expected to encourage more active and participatory learning by the students, improve their problem-solving skills and contribute to the development of their capacity to expose and substantiate their points of view in a consistent and coherent manner, in addition to the acquisition of the basic knowledge and competences that are proposed as the main objective.
