La visita de inspección en el aula: vivencias de maestros e inspectores

Abstract

Las visitas de la Inspección Educativa aloscentrosescolaresy a sus aulas son el pilar fundamental para llevar a cabo una evaluación docente, a partir de la cual se debe ofrecer un feedbackcapaz de inducir un cambioque contribuya a mejorar la calidad de la educación. El objetivo del presente estudio es conocer las valoraciones de los agentes implicados (profesorado e inspectores) sobre las posibilidades y límites de la visita de Inspección en Cantabria. Se diseñó una entrevista estructurada y fue posible contar con la colaboración de 22 participantes, de los cuales 6 eran inspectores/as de Educación y 16 eran maestros/as. Los testimonios recogidos ponen de relieve muy diferentesvaloraciones, experienciasy efectos de la visita de Inspección en el personal inspector y docente, ofreciendo posibles mejoras como el establecimiento de un protocolo de visitas respecto a la notificación de la misma, los documentos y el feedback.

The visits of the Education Inspection to schools and their classrooms are the fundamental pillar for carrying out a teaching evaluation, from which feedbackshould be offered, capable of inducing a change that contributes to improve the quality of education. The aim of this study is to know the assessments of the agents involved (teachers and inspectors) on the possibilities and limits of the inspection visitin Cantabria. A structured interview was designed and it was possible to count on the collaboration of 22 participants, of which 6 were education inspectors and 16 were teachers. The testimonies collected highlight very different assessments, experiences and effects of the inspection visit on the inspector and teaching staff, offering possible improvements such as the establishment of a visit protocol regarding the notification of the visit, documents and feedback.
