La religión en la formación de los oficiales de la Monarquía Católica en el siglo XVIII

Abstract

El objetivo del trabajo es realizar un estudio sobre la importancia de la religión en la formación de los oficiales en el siglo XVIII. En esta época se produjeron varios cambios en el mundo castrense, y la instrucción de los oficiales pasó a ocupar un factor central. Dentro de la formación el aspecto espiritual fue un aspecto muy importante en este periodo. Los tratados militares y las academias militares fueron el medio utilizado para instruir a los oficiales en la ortodoxia católica.

The objective of this paper is the study of the religion in the formation of the military officers in the eighteen century. This period was very important because many changes were done in the army, and the formation of the officers was essential. Inside this formation the spiritual aspect was very important. This meant that the military treatises and the military academies were the way to instruct the officers in the orthodox catholic.
