dc.description.abstract | In this paper a new methodology for the extraction of
parasitic elements of the small-signal models of GaAs MESFET
and AlGaAs P-HEMTs is shown. The neurofuzzy algorithm used
for the extraction allows the calculation of the values of access
resistances, capacitances and inductances, with no especial cold
FET measurements. Experimental results show very good
agreement with the theoretical analysis. | es_ES |
