dc.description.abstractAnalizamos el papel del polimorfismo T1470A (rs1049434) en el gen que codifica al transportador de monocarboxilatos MCT1 como modulador de la evolución en la miocardiopatía hipertrófica, tomando como población diana a pacientes portadores de variantes sarcoméricas en seguimiento en las Consultas de Cardiología Infantil y Cardiopatías Familiares del Hospital Marqués de Valdecilla, así como en familiars de primer y segundo grado portadores de dichas variantes.es_ES
dc.description.abstractWe analyzed the role of the T1470A polymorphism (rs1049434) in the gene encoding the monocarboxylate transporter MCT1 as a modulator of the evolution of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, taking as our target population patients carrying sarcomeric variants under follow-up in the Pediatric Cardiology and Familial Cardiopathies departments of the “Marqués de Valdecilla” Hospital, as well as first and second degree relatives carrying these variants.es_ES
