El presente trabajo se centra en cuestiones de Fondos europeas, con especial énfasis en el Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional (FEDER). El importante papel de estos fondos en el desarrollo económico y social de las zonas receptoras, los desafíos y oportunidades que se presentan en su gestión e implementación.
Una de las principales cuestiones planteadas es el fraude en la gestión de los fondos europeos, que muestra su impacto negativo en la eficacia y equidad de los programas financieros de la UE. En este sentido, se resalta la importancia de la auditoría como herramienta preventiva y correctiva para detectar y abordar irregularidades en la ejecución de los fondos especificados. Para mejorar este sector se deben realizar esfuerzos para fortalecer los procesos de gestión y seguimiento, aumentar la transparencia en la entrega e implementación de créditos y promover una cultura de honestidad y responsabilidad.
Para finalizar, se ha llevado a cabo un análisis comparativo entre la ejecución real y prevista de los fondos en los principales Estados miembros, con el fin de evaluar el grado de cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos e identificar posibles desviaciones o áreas de mejora. Esto permite tener una visión integral y reflexiva de las monedas europeas, mostrando su importancia como herramienta de política regional y la necesidad de fortalecer los mecanismos de gestión y seguimiento para garantizar su uso eficaz y aumentar su impacto en el desarrollo sostenible.
The present work focuses on issues of European finance, with particular emphasis on the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER). The important role of these funds in the economic and social development of the recipient areas, the challenges and opportunities presented in their management and implementation.
One of the main issues raised is fraud in the management of European funds, which shows its negative impact on the effectiveness and fairness of EU financial programmes. In this regard, the importance of auditing as a preventive and corrective tool for detecting and addressing irregularities in the implementation of the specified funds is highlighted. In order to improve this sector, efforts must be made to strengthen management and monitoring processes, increase transparency in the delivery and implementation of credits and promote a culture of honesty and accountability.
Finally, a comparative analysis of the actual and planned implementation of the funds in the main Member States has been carried out in order to assess the level of achievement of the targets set and to identify possible deviations or areas of improvement. This allows for a comprehensive and reflective view of European currencies, showing their importance as a regional policy tool and the need to strengthen management and monitoring mechanisms to ensure their effective use and increase their impact on sustainable development.
