dc.description.abstract | The design of active transponders for radiofrequency
identification has become popular during the last decade,
being the subharmonic interrogation one of the preferred
formats. The anti-parallel diode connection has been the
classical choice for implementing this solution, despite of its
critical characteristics. In this paper, the use of PHEMTbased
subharmonic transponders is discussed. Some criteria
for optimizing their performance are presented, and the
potentialities of different topologies for implementing this
kind of application are analyzed. | es_ES |
