La enseñanza de segundas lenguas a inmigrantes, coordinado por Félix Villalba y Maite Hernández, en el
que he participado acercándome al ambiente de esta universidad, para plantear algunas cuestiones de
interés sobre la enseñanza de lenguas en las que se ha enfatizado a lo largo de la semana en la que hemos
estado conviviendo, con el objeto de reflexionar sobre el estado actual y el futuro de la enseñanza de las
lenguas.
The teaching of second languages has gained much interest nowadays. Menéndez Pelayo International University (UIMP), sensitive to this reality, organizes each year an ambitious plan for language training, aimed for teachers and students, as is show in this article. In addition, it comments the course Teaching of second languages to immigrants, coordinated by Felix Villalba and Maite Hernández, in which I participated bringing the atmosphere of this University, to raise some issues of interest in the teaching of languages in which emphasised throughout the week in which we have been living in order to reflect on the current and the future state of the teaching of languages.
