Abstract

El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado tiene como objetivo no solo hacer una revisión sobre la teoría de la empresa familiar centrándonos en un estudio del concepto en si mismo de Empresa Familiar y su evolución, ya que no es un concepto complejo. Sin embargo, el concepto general en el que se basara el trabajo es en un estudio y análisis de la profesionalización, donde analizaremos, que es, para que sirve y como influye en las empresas, así como para saber como las beneficia o las perjudica

The objective of this Final Degree Project is not only to review the theory of the family business, focusing on a study of the concept of Family Business itself and its evolution, since it is not a complex concept.
