Abstract

Nowadays, the use of artificial intelligence computer systems is very present in our lives, transforming many aspects of human life, including the field of industrial and intellectual property. This research work seeks to analyse the impact that artificial intelligence is having today on the management, creation and protection of industrial and intellectual property rights, and the legal problems that copyright, trademark and patent rights may pose with respect to artificial intelligence
