Factores que afectan al sector turístico en España y su mercado laboral

Abstract

El presente trabajo trata sobre los factores que afectan al sector turístico español y su mercado laboral. En este proyecto se examina más detalladamente y se explica como algunos fenómenos cómo la estacionalidad, los recursos humanos, la crisis económica, el impacto del COVID – 19, la demanda del mercado y la inmigración han ido afectando al sector turístico, detonando negativamente o positivamente según las circunstancias que vamos a ver o los hechos históricos. A continuación, la segunda parte del proyecto se concreta en el municipio cántabro de Piélagos, y se analiza información como el perfil del turista que viene a Liencres, los tipos de alojamientos, características socioeconómicas del municipio, así como un análisis de la demanda turística

This work deals with the factors that affect the Spanish tourism sector and its labor market. This project examines in more detail and explains how seasonality, human resources, the economic crisis, the impact of COVID-19, market demand and immigration have been affecting the tourism sector, detonating negatively or positively. according to the circumstances that we are going to see or the historical facts.
