Inteligencia Artificial y proceso: especial referencia al Sistema Viogén

Abstract

La llegada de la Inteligencia Artificial y su irrupción en el proceso provoca daños en los derechos y garantías de las partes procesales. Por este motivo, en el presente trabajo se abordará el impacto de la Inteligencia Artificial en el proceso penal español, intentando así realizar una aproximación conceptual, analizando los distintos tipos y comentando los diferentes usos. Posteriormente compararemos su influencia positiva y negativa en los principales derechos procesales y en último lugar, abordaremos una breve aproximación al Sistema de Seguimiento Integral en los casos de Violencia de Género

The arrival of Artificial Intelligence and its irruption in the process causes damage to the rights and guarantees of the procedural parties. For this reason, this paper will address the impact of Artificial Intelligence in the Spanish criminal process, trying to make a conceptual approach, analyzing the different types and commenting on the different uses. Subsequently, we will compare its positive and negative influence on the main procedural rights and finally, we will briefly approach the Integral Monitoring System in cases of Gender Violence
