Inteligencia artificial aplicada en el ámbito sanitario: análisis ético y regulatorio

Abstract

En este trabajo trataremos la importancia de la Inteligencia Artificial en el ámbito sanitario y el modo en el que se está introduciendo en la biomedicina. También analizaremos cuestiones éticas surgidas por la implantación de estas tecnologías en nuestras vidas. De igual manera, se estudiará cómo se procesan y protegen los datos que se proporcionan o el tipo de aprendizaje que pueden llevar a cabo. Finalmente, se abordarán todos los temas que plantea su regulación, centrándonos especialmente en el reciente Reglamento Europeo sobre Inteligencia Artificial

In this paper we will discuss the importance of Artificial Intelligence in the field of healthcare and the way it is being introduced into biomedicine. Ethical issues raised by the implementation of these technologies in our lives will be analyzed. Likewise, the research focuses on the way that data are provided, processed and protected, and the types of machine learning . Finally, the work addresses all the issues raised by their regulation, focusing especially on the recent European Regulation on Artificial Intelligence
