Creación de alojamiento vacacional y estudiantil en San Sebastián

Abstract

En la actualidad, los alojamientos turísticos son todo un éxito. La demanda hacia este tipo de alojamiento no para de crecer, aunque las normativas para crearlos cada vez son más estrictas. En este Trabajo de Fin de Grado, se realizará un proyecto para evaluar la viabilidad de crear un alojamiento vacacional y estudiantil de una vivienda en San Sebastián. Teniendo en cuenta distintas variables, podremos conocer distintos factores indispensables como conocer las necesidades del cliente para poder satisfacerlas, cuánto está dispuesto a pagar por alojarse... Para ello, analizaremos el perfil del turista de San Sebastián, así como también lo haremos con el estudiantil. Con los resultados obtenidos y tras elaborar un plan comercial y estratégico, podremos conocer resultados como los ingresos aproximados, costes y el beneficio final.

Nowadays, tourist accommodations are a great success. The demand for this type of accommodation does not stop growing, although the regulations to create them are becoming more and more strict. In this Final Degree Project, a project will be carried out in order to know the feasibility of creating a holiday and student accommodation in a house in San Sebastian. Taking into account different variables, we will be able to know different essential factors such as knowing the customer's needs in order to satisfy them, how much he/she is willing to pay for accommodation... To do so, we will analyze the profile of the tourist in San Sebastian, as well as the student tourist. With the results obtained and after elaborating a commercial and strategic plan, we will be able to know results such as the approximate income, costs and the final benefit; as well as we will be able to know the estimated occupation.
