Abstract

In this paper, an overview of the results obtained when advanced linearization techniques are applied to highly efficient RF/Microwave systems is presented, including their integration with antennas. Different solutions, employing device-, system- and antenna-based techniques, have been explored. It has been shown that their appropriate integration could lead to significant improvements in the linearity and efficiency figures at low cost.
