dc.description.abstract | Nowadays, as technology evolves, obtaining accurate
nonlinear models is of prime importance for designers of Power
Amplifiers. This document contains information concerning
Verilog-A model capabilities and efficiency with non-linear
electron devices. The Verilog-A abilities have been implemented
on Agilent-ADS CAD simulator. A model defined with Verilog-A
can be simulated in different software platforms regardless the
particular simulator used to create the device models. This is the
main advantage of Verilog-A, it can be used in different
simulation platforms and is not a proprietary patent. | es_ES |
