dc.description.abstract | In this paper, an experimental procedure is proposed
for accurate characterizing the Vdd-to-AM and Vdd-to-PM
nonlinearities in a class E amplifier, aimed to be employed as
modulating stage in a polar wireless transmitter. Based on the
obtained results, a detailed study of the device characteristics
