Adquisición de elementos culturales de países angloparlantes en el aula de segunda lengua

Abstract

A lo largo de la historia de la enseñanza de segundas lenguas, el factor cultural ha ocupado un segundo plano, en ocasiones escondido debido a la creencia de su poca relevancia en la enseñanza de un idioma. Sin embargo, plantearemos un proyecto que nos permitirá incorporar elementos culturales de algunos países de habla inglesa, con el objetivo de ver el vínculo entre ambos, mediante el estudio de algunos países no tan conocidos por nuestros alumnos, además, en la parte teórica de este documento, estaremos realizando un análisis de distintos conceptos que nos ayudarán a entender esta relación.

Throughout the history of the teaching of second languages, the cultural aspect has sometimes been neglected due to its supposed irrelevance in the teaching of a language, sometimes hidden due to the belief that it has no relevance in the teaching of a language. However, we will propose a project that will allow us to add cultural element of English-speaking countries, with the objective to see the link between both (language and culture), through the study of some countries that are not so well-known by our students. Moreover, in the theoretical part of this study we will be doing an analysis of different concepts that will help us to understand this link.
