Actividades físicas en el medio natural en Educación Primaria: revisión bibliográfica

Abstract

El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado tiene como objetivo llevar a cabo una revisión bibliográfica de trabajos relacionados con el desarrollo de las Actividades Físicas en el Medio Natural en el área de Educación Física en Primaria, publicados en la base de datos de Dialnet hasta el año 2023. Se obtuvieron un total de 14 artículos de revista, y se han estudiado para obtener información sobre la temática escogida del trabajo, para después, realizar unas tablas y resúmenes de cada artículo con el fin de analizar y comparar lo que decían. Los resultados obtenidos hablan acerca de los efectos positivos que tienen estas actividades en el alumnado de Primaria, así como las limitaciones económicas y contextuales que conllevan estas prácticas en el ámbito educativo. El estudio concluye con que las Actividades Físicas en el Medio Natural ofrecen múltiples beneficios para lograr el desarrollo integral del alumnado, así como el desarrollo de hábitos de vida saludables, por lo que se considera que deberían tomar más importancia dentro del ámbito educativo

The present Final Degree Project aims to conduct a literature review of works related to the development of Physical Activities in Natural Environments in the area of Physical Education in Primary Education, published in the Dialnet database until the year 2023. A total of 14 journal articles were obtained and studied to gather information on the chosen theme of the work, and subsequently tables and summaries of each article were prepared to analyze and compare their content. The results obtained talk about the positive effects that these activities have on Primary School students, as well as the economic and contextual limitations associated with these practices in the educational field. The study concludes that Physical Activities in Natural Environments offer multiple benefits for achieving the comprehensive development of students, as well as the development of healthy lifestyle habits, therefore, it is considered that they should be given more importance within the educational context
