Análisis jurídico-económico de los nuevos contratos formativos y el desempleo juvenil

Abstract

RESUMEN: El estudio del paro juvenil en España es un hecho de actualidad que nos persigue desde hace años. Este hecho ha traído consigo una serie de reformas laborales por las que se han tratado de corregirlo. El presente trabajo consiste en analizar la reforma laboral de 2022, mediante la cual se han modificado los contratos formativos, y en estudiar cómo a través de un análisis jurídico-económico de los instrumentos que ofrece la Unión Europea, si España consigue alcanzar el objetivo que refiere a los contratos formativos, consistente en reducir la tasa de temporalidad.

ABSTRACT: The study of youth unemployment in Spain is a current fact that has haunted us for years, this fact has brought with it a series of labor reforms by which they have tried to correct it. This work consists of analyzing the labor reform of 2022 through which training contracts have been modified, and studying how, through a legal economic analysis of the instruments offered by the European Union, if Spain manages to achieve the objective th at refers to training contracts, reduce the rate of temporary employment.
