dc.description.abstract | Based on the measurements of several gain and detection W band modules, different topologies of total power radiometer in W band are presented and compared in terms of effective bandwidth and sensitivity. Commercially available MMICs have been on wafer characterized. Measured Data are used in a simulation procedure to emulate in harmonic balance the application of wideband noise. Technological issues of the implementation like interconnections between MMICs and planar lines are addressed. | es_ES |
