Diseño de una acción formativa sobre aprendizaje cooperativo para maestros en formación de 4º grado de Educación Primaria

Abstract

Este trabajo muestra el diseño de una acción formativa de aprendizaje cooperativo dirigida a maestros/as de cuarto de Educación Primaria. Comienza analizando el problema a solucionar (las carencias que tienen sobre aprendizaje cooperativo) y posteriormente realiza una revisión de la literatura para conocer qué es el aprendizaje cooperativo y sus elementos más característicos. Posteriormente se presenta, analizando el contexto en el que tendrá lugar, definiendo los objetivos, la metodología y las actividades a llevar a cabo durante la formación.

This work shows the design of a training action for student teachers in the fourth year of elementary education. It starts analyzing the problem (their lack of knowledge in cooperative learning) and then it covers a literature review to understand what cooperative learning is and the most important elements. Afterwards, the educational proposal is shown, analyzing the context, the objectives, the methodology, and the activities to be carried during the training
