El Valle de Carriedo de Cantabria como fuente de recursos didácticos

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo no es solo presentar la naturaleza como eje de la labor educativa exponiendo diferentes autores que defienden la pedagogía verde y la influencia del entorno en el aprendizaje, sino también mostrar como dentro de nuestra comunidad autónoma disponemos de entorno rurales, donde el medio natural y el medio antropológico confluyen, idóneos para desarrollar el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, como es el Valle de Carriedo. En estas zonas rurales el desarrollo humano está íntimamente vinculado con la naturaleza. Mediante actividades relacionadas con sus tradiciones y sus paisajes, enseñaremos a nuestros alumnos a valorar nuestra tierra, a apreciar la etnografía y la naturaleza de Cantabria para que desarrollen su conciencia medioambiental.

The goal of this document is not only to present nature as the axis of the educational work, exposing different authors who defend the green pedagogy and the influence of the environment in learning, but also to show how in our region there are rural environments where the natural environment and the anthropological environment converge, that are ideal for developing the teaching-learning process, such as the Carriedo Valley. In these rural areas, human development is closely linked to nature. Through activities related to their traditions and landscapes, we will teach our students to value our land, to appreciate the ethnography and nature of Cantabria so that they can develop their environmental awareness.
