El liderazgo en centros rurales para movilizar las relaciones con la comunidad educativa

Abstract

La implicación del liderazgo educativo rural en la estimulación de las relaciones que la escuela entabla con su comunidad educativa se considera como un factor clave para que estas acontezcan e impacten notablemente en la educación ofertada. Por ello, se pretende conocer en profundidad si el liderazgo ejercido influye en el tipo de relaciones entabladas y de qué manera ocurre, a través de un cuestionario mixto de creación propia, que contó con la participación de 123 direcciones rurales, así como un estudio de caso de un CRA en Galicia. Se pone en relieve que estas consideran que su liderazgo contribuye a la vinculación positiva entre la escuela y el entorno, y que la implicación comunitaria en la institución educativa más allá del ámbito extraescolar y festivo es ya una realidad. Es pertinente concluir que el estilo de liderazgo y sus particularidades inherentes influyen notablemente en las relaciones estipuladas a nivel de centro con relación a la participación comunitaria y que el impacto bidireccional positivo de estas supone su valoración por parte de todos los agentes implicados

The involvement of rural leadership in mobilizing the relationships established with their educational community plays a crucial role when it comes to the significant impact of these relationships in the educational process, despite the scarcity of empirical research in this field. For this reason, this research project aims to find out in-depth whether and how leadership influences the type of relationships established through a mixed questionnaire of our own creation, with the participation of 123 rural head teachers, as well as a conducted case study in Galicia. The study showed that their leadership contributes to positive links between the school and the surroundings and that community involvement occurs at schools beyond the extracurricular and festive sphere. It is pertinent to conclude that the leadership style and its inherent particularities significantly influence the relationships stipulated at school level concerning community involvement, and that the positive bidirectional repercussion of these relationships is held in high regard by all the actors involved.
