Planes de contingencia covid-19 en los centros de Educación Secundaria: análisis comparativo

Abstract

Introducción: Los planes de contingencia escolares de covid-19 constituyeron un dispositivo de planificación institucional e información de gran relevancia ya que trataron de dar una respuesta adaptada de cada centro a la situación de incertidumbre generada por la pandemia, minimizando en lo posible el impacto de esta situación y posibilitando que las actividades educativas continuasen de manera segura. Método: El objetivo de este trabajo fue realizar un análisis de los diferentes planes de contingencia de los centros de Educación Secundaria de Santander (España) para el curso 2020-2021, primer curso es-colar que se iniciaba en pandemia. Para ello hemos logrado todos los planes de contingencia posibles y los hemos analizado en una tabla comparativa, diferenciando 80 variables. Resultados: Los resultados confirman que la mayor parte de estos documentos son sólidos y permiten hacer frente a la situación de pandemia, si bien algunos presentan ciertos problemas o carencias, como no estar actualizados o no contemplar todas las medidas a implementar para abordar el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en estas circunstancias. Conclusiones: Con su trabajo constante y su respuesta planificada los centros han podido garantizar la seguridad y la salud en los centros frente a la covid-19. Los planes de contingencia han contribuido a hacer frente a la pandemia y responder a la eventualidad de las circunstancias.

Introduction: The covid-19 school contingency plans constituted an institutional planning and information device of great relevance as they tried to provide an adapted response of each centre to the situation of uncertainty generated by the pandemic, minimising as much as possible the impact of this situation and enabling educational activities to continue in a safe manner. Method: The aim of this study was to carry out an analysis of the different contingency plans of secondary schools in Santander (Spain) for the 2020-2021 academic year, the first school year to begin during the pandemic. For this purpose, we have obtained all possible contingency plans and we have analysed them in a comparative table, differentiating 80 variables. Results: The results confirm that most of these documents are solid and allow us to deal with the pandemic situation, although some present certain problems or shortcomings, such as not being up to date or not contemplating all the measures to be implemented to address the teaching-learning process in these circumstances. Conclusions: With their constant work and planned response, the centres have been able to guarantee health and safety in the centres in the face of covid-19. The contingency plans have helped to cope with the pandemic and to respond to the eventuality of the circumstances.
