El apego y su efecto en la escuela

Abstract

El apego es la relación que se crea entre la madre o cuidador permanente y el recién nacido, que perdura a través del tiempo. Partiendo de los distintos vínculos posibles, adquiriremos determinadas cualidades que se integrarán en el desarrollo de nuestra personalidad provocando un cambio en la manera de ver el mundo y a uno mismo. Sin embargo, en el caso de que el vínculo sea inseguro, dichas cualidades serán negativas y nos perjudicarán. Por este motivo, el siguiente trabajo académico propone una intervención educativa destinada al segundo ciclo de Educación Primaria, pero con posibilidad de modificar cualquier aspecto para adaptarlo a otras edades. El objetivo de la propuesta es abordar y mitigar algunos de los efectos negativos que el desarrollo de un vínculo inseguro genera en el desarrollo del individuo, del mismo modo que les aportaremos habilidades para la vida que les serán útiles en otras situaciones. Para conseguir esto, se ha tenido como referencia, en todo momento, el marco de la resiliencia, ya que es un recurso esencial que debe trabajarse desde los centros educativos.

Attachment is the relationship that is created between the mother or permanent caregiver and the newborn, which lasts through time. Starting from the different possible links, we will acquire certain qualities that will be integrated in the development of our personality causing a change in the way of seeing the world and oneself. However, in case the bond is insecure, these qualities will be negative and will harm us. For this reason, the following academic work proposes an educational intervention aimed at the second cycle of primary education, but with the possibility of modifying any aspect to adapt it to other ages. The objective of the proposal is to address and mitigate some of the negative effects that the development of an insecure bond generates in the development of the individual, just as we will provide them with life skills that will be useful in other situations. To achieve this, the framework of resilience has always been a reference, since it is an essential resource that must be worked from schools.
