Propuesta de Innovación Educativa: celebrar la diversidad en las aulas de Educación Infantil

Abstract

Ofrecer una respuesta educativa adecuada a la diversidad y pluralidad presente en los centros educativos no suele ser una tarea fácil, resulta complicado planificar actividades que estén enfocadas a todo el alumnado y se suele relegar a un segundo plano el papel de las familias. Asimismo, esta tarea exige, por parte de la comunidad educativa, una actitud de revisión constante; se trata de un proceso inacabado que siempre puede ser mejorado con la intención promover la participación auténtica y el aprendizaje de todos, sin excepción. Tras la observación y análisis de un centro de Educación Infantil de la Comunidad de Cantabria, este Trabajo de Fin de Grado (TFG) nace como un proyecto de cambio, modificación de las actuaciones llevadas a cabo hasta el momento que pueden ser mejoradas con vocación inclusiva. De este modo, siguiendo el modelo de Educación inclusiva y prestando especial atención a la diversidad, se pretende planificar una propuesta que se adapte al centro y se lleve a cabo. La programación del proyecto partirá de las observaciones realizadas durante el periodo de prácticas y los puntos de vista de los miembros de la comunidad educativa, estableciendo una temporalización y disposición de los espacios específicas y adaptadas a las necesidades de los discentes. Finalmente, tras la puesta en marcha de la propuesta, se valorará el desarrollo de la misma, evaluando el papel del alumnado y la competencia docente a través de la revisión de sus prácticas. Por último, se destacarán una serie de conclusiones basadas en las expectativas personales del proyecto, subrayando los aspectos más relevantes y los resultados esperados.

Offering an adequate educational response to the diversity and plurality present in schools is not usually an easy task, it is difficult to plan activities that are focused on all students and the role of families is often relegated to a secondary role. Furthermore, this task requires a constant attitude of revision on the part of the educational community; it is an unfinished process that can always be improved with the intention of promoting authentic participation and learning for all, without exception. After the observation and analysis of an Early Childhood Education centre in the Community of Cantabria, this Final Degree Project (TFG) is born as a project for change, modification of the actions carried out so far that can be improved with an inclusive vocation. In this way, following the model of inclusive education and paying special attention to diversity, the aim is to plan a proposal that adapts to the centre and is carried out. The programming of the project will be based on the observations made during the internship period and the points of view of the members of the educational community, establishing a specific timetable and layout of the spaces adapted to the needs of the students. Finally, after the implementation of the proposal, its development will be evaluated, assessing the role of the students and the teaching competence through the review of their practices. Finally, a series of conclusions will be drawn based on personal expectations of the project, highlighting the most relevant aspects and expected results.
