La educación emocional y su vínculo con la expresión artística en Educación Infantil

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como pretensión visibilizar y trabajar la educación emocional en alumnado de 4 y 5 años perteneciente al segundo ciclo de Educación Infantil por medio de la expresión artística demostrando el vínculo que puede existir entre ambas áreas. La educación emocional aporta asertividad y la expresión artística es una herramienta para desarrollar la expresión de emociones de forma libre y creativa. Posteriormente, se ha buscado información científica para que la investigación se sustente en fuentes externas que puedan posibilitar una adecuada y verificada selección de información y conceptos clave que aporten el contexto del trabajo. Primero se definen las diferentes clasificaciones del concepto de emociones, a continuación, se explica lo referente a la educación emocional, después se aportan datos referentes a la expresión artística, y finalmente se hace referencia a la inteligencia emocional y al currículo de Educación Infantil. Para finalizar se ha diseñado una propuesta didáctica para poder vincular la educación emocional con la expresión artística con la finalidad de que el alumnado regule, comprenda e identifique sus emociones.

The aim of this research project is to make emotional education visible and to work on emotional education in pupils aged 4 and 5 years old in the second cycle of Childhood Education through artistic expression, demonstrating the link that can exist between both areas. Emotional education provides assertiveness and artistic expression is a tool to develop the expression of emotions in a free and creative way. Subsequently, scientific information has been sought so that the research is supported by external sources that can enable an adequate and verified selection of information and key concepts that provide the context of the work. First, the different classifications of the concept of emotions are defined, followed by an explanation of emotional education, then data referring to artistic education are provided, and finally, reference is made to emotional intelligence and the Early Childhood Education curriculum. Finally, a didactic proposal has been designed to link emotional education with artistic expression so that pupils can regulate, understand and identify their emotions.
