El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado tiene como objetivo investigar el impacto de la lectura de la saga Alcatraz contra los bibliotecarios malvados de Brandon Sanderson en la adquisición del hábito lector en niños y adolescentes. El enfoque se centra en el género maravilloso y su capacidad para despertar el interés y la imaginación de los jóvenes lectores.
El trabajo se compone de dos partes principales. En primer lugar, se explora el contexto de la literatura no mimética, que se caracteriza por incluir elementos que desafían la lógica y la normatividad. Se destacan los géneros maravilloso, fantástico y ciencia ficción como herramientas motivadoras para los lectores jóvenes. Además, se realiza un análisis detallado de la saga Alcatraz contra los bibliotecarios malvados, resaltando su originalidad, humor y elementos maravillosos.
En segundo lugar, se presenta una propuesta didáctica diseñada para promover el hábito lector a través de la lectura de los libros de la saga. La propuesta incluye actividades relacionadas con la comprensión lectora, expresión oral y escrita, así como reflexiones críticas sobre la obra. Se busca fomentar la participación activa de los alumnos y promover el diálogo y el intercambio de ideas.
En resumen, este Trabajo de Fin de Grado investiga cómo la lectura de la saga analizada puede contribuir a la adquisición del hábito lector en niños y adolescentes. Se analiza el género maravilloso y se presenta una propuesta didáctica para implementar en el ámbito educativo
The aim of this Final Degree Project is to investigate the impact of reading Brandon Sanderson's Alcatraz vs. the Evil Librarians saga on the acquisition of reading habits in children and adolescents. The focus is on the fantasy genre and its ability to arouse the interest and imagination of young readers.
The project consists of two main parts. First, it explores the context of nonmimetic literature, which is characterised by the inclusion of elements that defy logic and normativity. The marvellous, fantasy and science fiction genres are highlighted as motivational tools for young readers. In addition, a detailed analysis of the saga Alcatraz vs. the Evil Librarians is carried out, highlighting its originality, humour and marvellous elements.
Secondly, a didactic proposal designed to promote the reading habit through the reading of the books in the saga is presented. The proposal includes activities related to reading comprehension, oral and written expression, as well as critical reflections on the work. The aim is to encourage the active participation of the students and to promote dialogue and the exchange of ideas.
In summary, this Final Degree Project investigates how the reading of the saga analysed can contribute to the acquisition of the reading habit in children and adolescents. The fantasy genre is analysed and a didactic proposal is presented for implementation in the educational environment
