El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado nace bajo el objetivo de visibilizar la coeducación, un modelo pedagógico que, a pesar de sus múltiples beneficios para el desarrollo y avance de la sociedad en relación con la igualdad, no está aún implementado de una forma realista y efectiva en la mayoría de los centros educativos que conforman el sistema educativo español.
El propósito de este trabajo es reivindicar la importancia de seguir avanzando en materia de coeducación, partiendo de una revisión bibliográfica, en la que se desarrolla su historia reciente en España y las modificaciones en su definición. Asimismo, el trabajo plantea una propuesta didáctica basada que puede ser aplicada en aulas del tercer ciclo de Educación Primaria, cuyo principal propósito es contribuir a la eliminación de estereotipos y roles de género.
This Final Degree Project (from this point forward, TFG) was created with the aim of making coeducation more visible. It is a pedagogical model that, despite its multiple benefits for the development and progress of society in relation to equality, is not yet implemented in a realistic and effective way in the Spanish educational system.
The purpose of this article is to vindicate the importance of making progress in the field of coeducation, bringing the reader closer to this term through an exhaustive bibliographical review. The recent history of coeducation in Spain, the modifications in its definition and the current reality of the Spanish education system with regard to its implementation are developed in it. The project also includes an educational proposal which could be applied in third cycle Primary Education classrooms, whose main purpose is the elimination and correction of sexual stereotypes and gender roles
