Procesos migratorios y de incorporación al sistema educativo español de familias refugiadas. El caso de Afganistán

Abstract

La guerra, la crisis humanitaria, el miedo, el hambre y la miseria han hecho que millones de personas hayan tenido que ser desplazadas a países como España para que, en carácter de refugiados, puedan poner a salvo su vida y su libertad. Actualmente, la necesidad de dar acogida a las personas más vulnerables se ha convertido en algo esencial; es por ello que, desde innumerables asociaciones, se les brinda apoyo psicosocial y se intenta cubrir sus necesidades básicas de tal manera que, poco a poco, puedan ir desarrollándose de manera íntegra para fomentar la incorporación a la sociedad en la que empezarán su nueva vida. Con esta investigación y gracias a la colaboración de la Cruz Roja he podido adentrarme en el mundo de dos personas que han llegado a España refugiadas de Afganistán. Ambas, gracias a las entrevistas que me han ofrecido, me han brindado la oportunidad de conocer el proceso que han realizado hasta llegar a la Comunidad Autónoma de Cantabria, su situación actual y su integración en el sistema socioeducativo, tanto de sí mismos como de sus hijos.

The war, the humanitarian crisis, fear, hunger, and misery have caused millions of people to be displaced to countries like Spain so that, as refugees, they can safeguard their lives and freedom. Currently, the need to provide shelter to the most vulnerable individuals has become essential. That's why numerous organizations offer psychosocial support and strive to meet their basic needs, enabling them to gradually integrate into society as they embark on their new lives. Through this research and with the collaboration of the Red Cross, I have been able to delve into the lives of two individuals who have arrived in Spain as refugees from Afghanistan. Both of them, through the interviews they have provided, have given me the opportunity to understand the process they have undergone to reach the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, their current situation, and their integration into the socio-educational system, both for themselves and their children.
