Análisis de las tendencias laborales para atraer talento en 2023

Abstract

En el ámbito laboral se pueden ver las huellas que ha dejado el covid-19, una vez pasado el auge de la pandemia, se palpa una nueva realidad laboral que, gracias a la tecnología, la globalización vemos implantada en la sociedad, cambiando radicalmente la forma de ver el trabajo. Las tendencias laborales actuales van todas de la mano, la una lleva a la otra, y de esa manera el trabajador se ha vuelto mucho más exigente, luchando por su tiempo libre y su disposición a tener más prioridades y no solo su empleo. El objetivo principal de este trabajo es analizar en profundidad las tendencias labores posteriores al covid-19 que se están instalando en España: el teletrabajo, la flexibilidad, la conciliación y los nuevos paquetes retributivos

In the workplace, you can see the traces left by the covid-19, once the boom of the pandemic has passed, a new labor reality is felt that, thanks to technology, globalization we see implanted in society, radically changing the way of looking at work. Current labor trends all go hand in hand, one leads to the other, and in this way the worker has become much more demanding, fighting for his free time and his willingness to have more priorities than just his job. The main objective of this work is to analyze in depth the post-covid-19 labor trends that are taking place in Spain: teleworking, flexibility, conciliation, and the new compensation packages
