El presente trabajo se encuentra dirigido hacia el análisis jurisprudencial de la figura del falso autónomo, para ello comenzaremos con una breve introducción, en la cual se acotará su concepto y características. Posteriormente se procederá al estudio de la existencia o inexistencia de la naturaleza laboral del vínculo, basándonos en la doctrina y la jurisprudencia presentadas en diversas sentencias. De igual forma se tendrán en consideración las diversas interpretaciones que los jueces ostentan a la hora de fallar.
The present work is focused on the jurisprudential analysis of the figure of the false self-employed, we will begin with a brief introduction, in which its concept and characteristics will be limited. Subsequently, the existence or non-existence of the labour nature of the link will be studied, based on the doctrine and jurisprudence presented in various judgments. In the same way, the different interpretations that the judges hold when ruling will be taken into consideration
