Casas con patín en el municipio de Soba. Una solución constructiva singular en la Cantabria rural

Abstract

El municipio de Soba en Cantabria posee abundante patrimonio histórico que ha sido analizado por diferentes especialistas. A pesar de esta riqueza patrimonial, cuenta únicamente con un Bien de Interés Cultural declarado en su territorio. Por ese motivo se busca dar a conocer elementos no tan estudiados, como el caso de las casas con patín, que suponen un ejemplo especial de construcción civil que se repite en todo el municipio y no se encuentra en otros lugares. Gracias al trabajo de campo, localización, análisis y cartografía de los resultados se podrá generar un catálogo que muestre la abundancia y distribución de este tipo de construcción, facilitando su conocimiento y divulgación.

The municipality of Soba in Cantabria has many historic heritage which has been analized by diferent especialist. Altho u gh that rich patrimony, Soba has only one “ Bien de Interés Cultural ” in its territory. For that reason, it´s neces s ary to show patrimonial elements, not full studied yet, like the houses with “ patín”patín”, which portrays an special example of civil construction present in all the municipality and has no presence in other places. With all the fieldwork, analyse and cartography, will be possible to create a catalogue to show the abundance and distribution of this type of construction , to increase its knowledge and divulgation.
