En este trabajo de fin de grado se analizará la intervención de la Organización de Naciones Unidas en el conflicto entre Ucrania y la Federación de Rusia, una intervención que se está produciendo con el objetivo de garantizar la protección de los derechos humanos en el territorio y la reparación de las víctimas. Para ello, analizaremos la actuación de los distintos órganos de la Organización; en particular, incidiremos sobre el papel desempeñado por la Asamblea General, a través de la figura del Consejo de Derechos Humanos, que ha creado la Comisión Internacional Independiente de Investigación sobre Ucrania con el fin de velar por la protección de los derechos humanos en el territorio. También prestaremos un debido análisis a la figura del Alto Comisionado de las Naciones Unidas para los Derechos Humanos, a cuyo cargo fue creada, en 2014, la Misión de Observación de los Derechos Humanos. Finalmente, también estudiaremos la intervención judicial de la Corte Internacional de Justicia
This thesis will analyse the intervention of the United Nations Organisation in the conflict between Ukraine and the Russian Federation, an intervention that is taking place with the aim of guaranteeing the protection of human rights in the territory and reparation for the victims. To this end, we will analyse the actions of the different bodies of the Organisation; in particular, we will focus on the role played by the General Assembly, through the Human Rights Council, which has created the International Independent Commission of Inquiry on Ukraine with the aim of ensuring the protection of human rights in the territory. 3 We will also give due consideration to the figure of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, in charge of which, in 2014, the Human Rights Observation Mission was created. Finally, we will also study the judicial intervention of the International Court of Justice.
