La importancia del turismo en la economía

Abstract

En este trabajo sobre la importancia del turismo en la economía se investiga los tipos de turismo más comunes que podemos encontrar en España y la relevancia que tuvo la pandemia del Coronavirus en el 2020. Una vez desarrollada esta parte de forma general, se profundizará en el turismo rural en España, un tipo de turismo no tan conocido o no tan popular, como los son otros tipos de turismo, como el de sol y playa, el gastronómico. Como parte más importante el trabajo, se encuentra las diferentes graficas sobre viajeros y pernoctaciones que ha habido durante todo el siglo XXI, no solo en España, sino en Cantabria y Andalucía, como muestra de una Comunidad Autónoma del norte y otra del sur, además de su posterior análisis y conclusiones. Las principales conclusiones indican que el turismo rural desde principios de siglo ha estado en un constante crecimiento en España, que solo se ha visto perjudicado por elementos externos, como una crisis económica y el coronavirus, por lo que se espera que en el futuro continúe con este crecimiento.

This paper on the importance of tourism in the economy investigates the most common types of tourism found in Spain and the relevance of the Coronavirus pandemic in 2020. Once this part has been developed in a general way, we will delve into rural tourism in Spain, a type of tourism that is not as well known or as famous as other types of tourism, such as sun and beach, gastronomic or tourist tourism. The most important part of the work is the diferente graphs on travellers and overnight stays throughout the 21st century, not only in Spain, but also in Cantabria and Andalucía, as a sample of one Autonomous Community in the north and another in the south, as well as its subsequent analysis, conclusions and future predictions. The main conclusions indicate that rural tourism has been growing steadily in Spain since the beginning of the century, which has only been affected by external elements, such as an economic crisis and the coronavirus, and is expected to continue to grow in the future.
