Protección internacional de la infancia y Agenda 2030

Abstract

Este trabajo trata el tema de la protección de la infancia desde una perspectiva internacional pasando de los textos históricos con más relevancia para la protección de los derechos del niño a mecanismos más actuales que tienen una relación estrecha con este tema y los efectos que estos están teniendo en la sociedad, teniendo en cuenta las principales problemáticas globales de los últimos años. Para la realización se han analizado estos textos prestando especial atención a un tema con gran relevancia actual como es la Agenda 2030, y sus objetivos (ODS) relativos a la infancia.

This essay deals with the issue of childhood protection from an international perspective, going from the most relevant historical texts for the protection of children's rights to more current mechanisms that are closely related to this issue and the effects they are having on society, considering the main global problems of recent years. These texts have been analysed paying special attention to a topic of special current relevance, such as the 2030 Agenda and its goals (SDGs) relating to children.
