La desheredación y la ausencia de relación familiar

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como fin un repaso a la institución de la desheredación, su regulación y causas, junto a él comentario de las famosas sentencias del Tribunal Supremo de 3 de junio de 2014, y 30 de enero 2014, por D. Francisco Javier Orduña. Para, con esa información, reflexionar sobre las necesidades de la sociedad actual en cuando a la institución de la desheredación, hablar sobre el criterio cambiante que ha ido aplicándose a lo largo del tiempo por la jurisprudencia, y entender sus motivaciones.

The purpose of this work is a review of the institution of disinheritance, its regulation and causes, together with the commentary of the famous Supreme Court rulings of June 3, 2014, and January 30, 2014, by the speaker ORDUÑA. In order to, with this information, reflect on the needs of current society regarding the institution of disinheritance, talk about the changing criteria that has been applied over time by jurisprudence, and understand their motivations.
